Common questions

FAQ's

What is Aline?
Aline is an Australian career and life design studio. We offer online counselling with a qualified career development practitioner, recognised by the Career Industry Council of Australia (CICA), for women navigating burnout, career uncertainty or a return to work after children.
How much does it cost?
The Aline Career Strategy Session is $180 and includes four assessments, a 90-minute counselling session online and your Career Fit Report. The Aline Career Strategy + Transition Program is $490 for three sessions. Both are one-off payments with no subscription.
What makes Aline different?
Our counselling is built on Mark Savickas' Career Construction Theory and the concept of life design, and follows the Australian Blueprint for Career Development, the national framework endorsed by CICA and backed by the Australian Department of Education.
Do you work with students?
Yes. Most schools don't have a qualified career practitioner onsite. We give students suitable career options based on far more than a standard interest profiler, and keep parents involved throughout.
